Drive from Pune to Ambewadi base village
The drive distance to Ambewadi Village is approximately 195 km from Pune.
From Pune, the schedule is as follows:
- Reporting Time: 09:00 PM at Shivajinagar Metro Station
- Departure: 09:15 PM
- En-route Pickups: Nashik Phata, Bhosari, Chakan

Ambewadi to Alang Fort | Stay at Madan Fort
Participants will arrive at Ambewadi Base Village around 2:30 AM. After a short rest, the day begins with a wake-up call at 4:30 AM, followed by a group introduction and safety briefing by trek leaders covering route details and rope techniques.
- 06:30 AM – Start the trek towards Alang Fort after breakfast
- Trek through forest trails and steep rocky sections, followed by a rope-assisted climb to the fort
- 12:30 PM – Reach Alang Fort summit; explore caves and Rappell down to base village
- 02:00 PM – Lunch break on the fort
Post lunch, begin the traverse towards Madan Fort, known for its exposed ridge walk and thrilling descent.
- 04:30–05:30 PM – Reach Madan Fort
- Overnight camping, dinner, and stargazing experience.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-tea, Dinner
Madan fort to Kulang Fort | Return to Pune
- 06:30 AM – Start the trek towards Kulang Fort after breakfast at Madan Fort
- 10:30 PM – Reach Kulang Fort summit.
- 02:00 PM – Trek completes, Lunch at Ambewadi village.
Post lunch, begin the return travel to Pune.
