This policy applies to all treks, expeditions, and travel programs organized by Surmount Adventures. By booking a trek, participants agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to Surmount Adventures.
• Cancellation timelines are calculated based on the scheduled start date and time of the trek.
• Booking / advance amounts are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are used for upfront operational commitments.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed after deducting third-party costs such as transport, accommodation, permits, or booking charges.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • Voluntary withdrawal before or after trek start
  • Medical reasons
  • No-show cases
  • Missed pickups or late arrivals

Booking Details

• Booking amount: 25%–30% of total trek cost
• Booking amount is strictly non-refundable
• Surmount Adventures may arrange train bookings, hotel stays, permits, and trek logistics from selected cities (Pune, Mumbai, Vadodara, Bangalore, Delhi)

• Trek fee refunds apply only to the trek portion, excluding booking amount and third-party services.
• Transfers to another trek/person may be allowed only at Surmount’s discretion and subject to availability and price difference.
